Acid peat pH 3.5-4.5, white peat, blonde peat. Packed in 40 liters, 8 kg.

Size, granulation 0.20 mm.

Acid peat is a variety of lower coal that was formed by the slow decomposition and partial carbonization of plant material accumulated in swamps, which is used especially as organic fertilizer. The use of peat in agriculture and horticulture improves soil structure and increases water retention capacity. It is used primarily to improve the soil in gardens, green spaces and to prepare the plant growth layer.

Peat is used as follows:

• To prepare the substrate and sowing, the peat is watered very well with water and placed on the germination soil. By lightly pressing the substrate, the rows are drawn and the seeds are placed one by one, at a distance of about 1 cm. After sowing and covering with a fine layer of peat, it is only watered by spraying, otherwise the emergence will not be uniform.

• The steps presented above are also observed in the case of sowing in the alveolar trays, the difference being that the sowing is done by planting a single seed in each alveolar cell.

• For planting seedlings, a small amount of organic peat fertilizer can be administered in the planting pit or around the newly planted plant.

• For shrubs, trees and ornamental plants, sit around the base if they require a lot of moisture for development, growth or fruiting.
